What is Drive Mad?
Drive Mad is a short-level physics driving game made in Fancade. Each level is a small track with ramps, gaps, bridges and moving parts. You win when your vehicle reaches the finish flag. You lose if it flips over or falls off the track.
The game looks simple, but the physics are the whole challenge. The truck tips forward when you brake and backward when you accelerate hard. Many levels are built so that the fastest line ends in a crash.
Controls
| Key or action | What it does |
|---|---|
| →, D or X | Gas, drive forward |
| ←, A or Z | Brake, then reverse |
| Screen arrows | Gas and brake on a touch screen |
| Pause button | Pause the level, top left |
How to play
Press the gas to start. Watch the nose of the truck. If the front lifts on a ramp, let go of the gas for a moment and the front comes down again. If the truck dives forward in the air, tap the gas to tip it back.
Some levels change the vehicle. A long truck crosses gaps more easily, while a small car is easier to land. The way you use the gas stays the same.
3 tips
- Use short taps on the gas on steep ramps. Holding it down lifts the front and flips the truck backward.
- Brake before a jump, not in the air. In the air, the gas and brake keys tilt the truck instead.
- If a level feels impossible, try it slower. Most levels have a calm line that works at low speed.

Questions
Is Drive Mad free?
Yes. It is free to play here in your browser, with no download and no account.
Why does my truck keep flipping?
You are probably holding the gas on a ramp. Let go for a moment so the front wheels come back down.
Can I play Drive Mad on a phone?
Yes. Arrows at the bottom of the screen work as gas and brake on a touch screen.
